About Me
I'm Betsy Lopez-Riley, an organizational development and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leaders, teams, and ways of working.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science and a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Throughout my career, I've combined the science of human behavior with practical business application to help organizations navigate growth, build leadership capability, strengthen culture, and drive meaningful organizational change.
I've partnered with leaders across organizations including Nordstrom, Disney, TOMS, and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, supporting complex initiatives involving organizational effectiveness, talent development, leadership strategy, workforce transformation, and enterprise change.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, team dynamics, and business performance. Whether designing scalable leadership programs, facilitating strategic conversations, strengthening team effectiveness, or guiding organizational change, I focus on creating practical solutions that support both people and results.
I've spent my career helping organizations strengthen leaders, teams, and ways of working, and I've learned that sustainable results happen when business priorities and human needs are considered together.
